Data Deletion Instructions

Website: Better Together Challenge

Better Together Challenge is currently an early-stage alpha test. If you submitted information through our website, forms, surveys, email, or related alpha test materials and would like your data deleted, you may request deletion using the instructions below.

Section 1: How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at: bettertogethergoals@gmail.com

Please include the following in your request:

— Your name, if provided during signup.

— The email address you used to sign up or contact us.

— A short message saying that you want your data deleted.

Example request:

Please delete my Better Together Challenge alpha test data associated with this email address.

Section 2: What We Will Delete

When you request deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or remove personal information associated with your alpha test participation, which may include:

— Signup form information.

— Feedback survey responses connected to your email or identity.

— Email communication records related to your participation, where reasonably possible.

— Alpha test access records or notes connected to your submission.

Section 3: What May Not Be Fully Deleted

Some information may remain if it is not personally identifying, has already been anonymized, is stored in backups, or must be kept for legitimate business, security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons. We may also keep non-personal, anonymous, or aggregated feedback to help improve the product.

Section 4: Timing

We will try to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. For the alpha test, our goal is to review deletion requests within 7 to 30 days.

Section 5: Third-Party Services

The alpha test may use third-party tools such as website hosting, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email services, analytics tools, or similar platforms. Some data may be processed or stored by those third-party services according to their own policies.
