Section 1: About Better Together Challenge

Better Together Challenge is an early-stage alpha test website for a couples challenge and goal-tracking experience. The current version may include website pages, forms, email communication, Google Sheets-based trackers, surveys, and other temporary testing materials. This project is currently being tested and may change, be paused, renamed, rebuilt, or discontinued at any time.

Section 2: Alpha Test Status

The website and related materials are currently provided for testing and feedback purposes only. Features may be incomplete, changed, removed, or updated without notice. Participation in the alpha test does not guarantee continued access to the product, future versions, paid versions, or any specific feature.

Better Together Challenge is not responsible for disputes, injuries, relationship issues, financial losses, emotional distress, or other consequences that may result from choices made by participants. Do not choose any reward, forfeit, or activity that is unsafe, illegal, harmful, coercive, or non-consensual.

The alpha test may use third-party services such as forms, email tools, analytics tools, spreadsheets, hosting tools, or other platforms. By submitting your information, you understand that we may contact you about the alpha test, send access instructions, request feedback, or provide updates related to the project.

The website, tracker, content, name, graphics, copy, structure, and related materials are owned by Better Together Challenge or its creator unless otherwise stated. You may use the alpha materials for personal testing only. You may not sell, copy, publish, distribute, or claim ownership of the materials without written permission.

The website or alpha test may link to or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to website hosting, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email tools, analytics tools, or other platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, security, or availability of third-party services.

The website and alpha test materials are provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that the website, tracker, forms, emails, or related materials will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations.
