Challenge Rules

Two players only

Each challenge is between exactly two players.

Same number of goals

Both players must have the same number of Core Goals. Goals can be different but the daily max must be equal.

Minimum two Core Goals

Each player must set at least two Core Goals per challenge.

One Bonus Goal each

Every challenge includes one Bonus Goal per player. The Bonus Goal only earns points if all Core Goals are completed that day.

Log once per day

Each player submits one check-in per day. Logs cannot be edited after submission.

Honest logging

Players self-report their completions. The challenge only works if both players are honest.

Stakes rules

One player proposes the stakes. The other must confirm before they are locked. Once locked no changes can be made. No real-money stakes.

Fair play

Only mark goals complete if you actually completed them. If competition creates unhealthy pressure, pause and talk it out.
